The word of Management cannot be easily described for many different reasons.  We can point out the scope of management and its dynamic nature.  Management is the process of planning, organizing, commanding, guiding, and supervising on organizational members' efforts and using other resources of the organization to achieve the objectives of the organization.  Today's management is a set of various sciences like economics, sociology, psychology, mathematics, statistics, and etc. whose objectives are increasing efficiency, performance, and effectiveness of the organization.

Management knowledge, with the current status, was first mentioned in late 19 century by a person called Fredrick Wenslotilor.  Some people consider management as an art and some others consider it as a science and some others believe it as a combination of both; but the important fact is the important position of management in today's life.  The important factors in successfulness in this field are power of leadership, self-confidence, good social relations, ability to good analysis, and strong power of expression.  It is obvious that the most important factor in success for any organization is the ability of the management in proper usage of least available facilities to achieve the objectives.
